Who answers the phone
When you call (414) 392-3756, you reach our dispatch desk, not an out-of-state call center. The person you talk to can see the route board, so "can you get it here today?" gets a real answer on the first call.
How we run rentals
- One all-in quote. Unit, delivery, pickup, servicing and tax on separate lines. No fuel surcharge, card fee or removal fee — ever.
- Same-day delivery. Call by noon Monday–Saturday and a unit goes on today's route in Milwaukee County.
- Weekly service included on every rental longer than 7 days.
- Clean on arrival, or we swap it the same day.
- Winterized units from mid-October to late April at no extra charge.
Why the call data on this site
Before rebuilding this website, we studied 155 recorded calls that renters made to porta potty companies across the U.S., with names and addresses removed. We wrote every FAQ in the words callers actually used, and we designed our pricing around their biggest complaint: fees that appear after the quote. You can read the findings in what 155 rental calls taught us.
