Step 1

How do I book a porta potty?

Book a porta potty by calling (414) 392-3756 or sending the quote form with your ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity and head count. We text or email one itemized quote; you approve it and pay by card, or by check on approved accounts. The booking is confirmed by text with your delivery date.

  1. Call or send the form Calls get a live quote and a slot in about 3 minutes.
  2. Approve the quote One page: unit, delivery, pickup, servicing, tax. E-sign from your phone, or approve by voice on the call.
  3. Pay to reserve Card on file; no separate deposit. Approved contractors can pay net-30.
  4. Confirmation text Delivery date, the driver's window and our direct line.
Step 2

What happens on delivery day?

On delivery day the driver texts 20 to 30 minutes before arrival, places the unit on the spot you marked, levels it, faces the door the way you asked, stocks it, and sends a photo. Deliveries run between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.; you do not need to be there if the spot and the gate are ready.

From the U.S. call study: Placement questions came up in 31% of the calls in our U.S. call study: "How big is the truck — can it get onto my property?", "Can you call when you're close so I can walk you in on the long driveway?", "We'll be leaving at 9 a.m.; we don't have to be there, right?" The answers: about 10 feet wide, yes, and no.

Street rules

Can a porta potty go on the street in Milwaukee?

A porta potty can go on a Milwaukee street only with a public-way occupancy permit from the City's Development Center, with a lighted barricade, at least 60 feet from a cross street and 20 feet from an alley, and never on an open street or alley from December 1 to March 1. Most renters avoid the permit by using a driveway.

Step 3

How is a porta potty serviced?

A porta potty service visit takes about 10 minutes: the technician pumps the waste tank, recharges it with deodorizing blue fluid (antifreeze in winter), pressure-washes and sanitizes the inside, restocks toilet paper and sanitizer, and checks the door, latch and vent. Rentals longer than 7 days get one visit per week, included.

Need an extra visit before a big weekend? Call or text; extra visits are $65. Event rentals of 1–7 days normally need no service; multi-day festivals get daily service on the quote.

Step 4

How do pickups and extensions work?

Event rentals are picked up on the scheduled day, usually the Monday after a weekend event; you do not need to be there or clean anything. Monthly rentals stay until you call or text for pickup, billing stops that day, and the unit is collected within 1 to 2 business days. To extend, call or text before the pickup date.

Ready to book?

One call covers the quote, the spot and the date.

Questions about this guide

Do I pay over the phone or online?

Either. We take a card on the call, or text and email a secure invoice link you can pay and sign from your phone.

Do I sign by text or by email?

Your choice. The quote link works from both. If signing on a phone is a hassle, we read the terms on the call and record your verbal approval.

Do I have to accept a portal invitation?

No. There is no customer portal to sign up for. Your quote, invoice and receipts come by text and email.

Can I give you GPS coordinates instead of an address?

Yes. Fields, farms, new lots and parks often have no street address. Drop a pin and text it to dispatch.

What time does the unit get dropped off?

Deliveries run 7 a.m.–7 p.m. We give a morning or afternoon window, and the driver texts 20–30 minutes before arrival.
