What we collect
When you call or send our quote form, we collect only what we need to quote and deliver: your phone number, delivery ZIP or address, dates, unit type, quantity and head count. If you book, we also collect billing details through our payment processor. Our website form sends these fields plus the page you sent it from.
How the form works
Our quote form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your submission to our email. Web3Forms does not use your submission for advertising. A hidden "honeypot" field blocks spam bots.
How we use your information
To answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule delivery, service and pickup, send invoices and receipts, and contact you about your rental. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Calls and texts
We may record calls for quality and training. Texts from dispatch are about your rental only. Reply STOP to stop texts; we will still call about an active rental if needed.
Payments
Card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor through an encrypted link or by phone. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views, phone-button clicks and form submissions so we know which pages help renters. Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map load from Google servers, which may log your IP address.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted after 12 months. Rental and invoice records are kept as long as Wisconsin tax and business record rules require.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by calling (414) 392-3756 or writing to Walter Rental Works, 5801 US-18, Milwaukee, WI 53213. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
