Pricing & quotes

How much is a porta potty to rent for one day?

A standard unit for a one-day event starts at $195 in Milwaukee County, with delivery and pickup included. The same price covers up to 7 days, so one day and a full weekend cost the same.

What is the cheapest porta potty you have?

The standard porta potty is our lowest-priced unit, starting at $195 for an event and $185 per 28 days on a jobsite.

What is the cost difference between standard and deluxe?

A deluxe flushing unit with a sink starts at $295 for an event, about $100 more than a standard unit.

How much extra is the one where you can wash your hands?

A deluxe unit with an inside sink is about $100 more than a standard unit. A separate 2-basin handwashing station starts at $125.

Is the price per piece or for all of them?

Per unit. Delivery and pickup are included on event rentals no matter how many units ride on the truck.

Is that price with delivery?

Yes for event rentals within 20 miles. Monthly rentals add a one-time $60 delivery and pickup charge on the first invoice only.

What is the total with taxes?

We add Wisconsin sales tax for the delivery address as its own line — 7.9% in the City of Milwaukee, 5.9% elsewhere in Milwaukee County, and the 5% state rate plus any county tax elsewhere (0.5% in Ozaukee and Washington counties; confirm current rates in the Wisconsin DOR rate table). The quote shows the total with tax before you agree.

Would the delivery fee change if we add another unit?

No. On event rentals delivery is already included, and on monthly rentals one delivery charge covers every unit on the same trip.

Do you have special offers for more than one unit?

Yes. Orders of 5 or more units get a per-unit discount. Ask on the call and it shows on the quote.

What would the rush delivery be?

Nothing, when you call by noon and the address is in our same-day zone — within about 17 miles of our yard, which covers all of Milwaukee County plus Brookfield, Elm Grove, New Berlin, Waukesha, Pewaukee, Menomonee Falls, Muskego and Mequon. Same-day after noon, or beyond 17 miles, adds a $75 rush fee.

What would we pay monthly for a toilet and a washing station?

From $185 for the standard unit and $115 for the station per 28 days, with weekly service on both, plus a one-time $60 delivery and pickup.

Can you get me a better price out the door?

Ask. Multi-unit orders, longer rentals and flexible delivery days can lower the total. We will not add fees later to make up for it.

Can I get that in a written estimate for my manager?

Yes. We email or text an itemized PDF quote you can forward to a manager, board, principal or family.

Why does the first month cost more than later months?

Only because the one-time $60 delivery and pickup charge sits on the first invoice. Every later 28-day cycle is the base rate.

Is there a fuel surcharge or card fee?

No. We do not charge fuel surcharges, card fees, removal fees or admin fees. Those fees were the top complaint in the 155 calls in our U.S. call study.

Delivery & timing

How soon can you deliver?

Same day in Milwaukee County when you call by noon, Monday through Saturday. Otherwise, first thing the next morning.

What days do you deliver?

Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday deliveries are by arrangement for emergencies.

Can I rent one for Saturday?

Yes. Saturday events get Friday delivery and Monday pickup at no extra charge, so the unit is in place before the party starts.

Could you drop them off the night before?

We deliver during the day before your event, which works like a night-before drop. The unit is stocked and ready that evening.

What time will it come on Friday?

We give you a morning or afternoon window, and the driver texts 20–30 minutes before arrival.

Can you give me an exact delivery time?

Routes are set each morning, so we give a window instead of an exact minute. If you need a specific time, ask; first-stop and last-stop slots are sometimes available.

How much notice do you need?

For standard units, same-day notice works when you call by noon. For summer weekends, book 2–4 weeks ahead. For restroom trailers, 2–6 months.

Do you deliver to my town?

We deliver across Milwaukee County and nearby Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington and Racine counties. Use the ZIP checker or see the service areas page.

Can I give you GPS coordinates instead of a street address?

Yes. Drop a pin and text it to dispatch. Fields, farms and new lots often have no address.

Will the driver call before arriving?

Yes. The driver texts or calls 20–30 minutes before arrival and sends a photo after placing the unit.

Can it come in the morning and be picked up the next afternoon?

Yes, on weekdays. Weekend events follow the Friday-drop, Monday-pickup schedule.

What is the latest I can call to order for tomorrow?

Any time before 7 p.m. the day before. We can usually still fit next-morning deliveries.

Are you located locally?

Yes. Our yard and dispatch are at 5801 W. Bluemound Rd. (US-18) in Milwaukee, near the Zoo Interchange.

Units & equipment

Does it come with toilet paper and everything?

Yes. Every unit arrives with at least two rolls of toilet paper, a full sanitizer dispenser and deodorizer in the tank.

Do your porta potties have sinks in them?

The deluxe flushing unit has a sink inside. Standard units have hand sanitizer; add a separate handwashing station for soap and water.

Do they have their own water supply?

Deluxe units and handwashing stations carry their own fresh-water tanks. Standard units need no water. Restroom trailers connect to a garden hose, or run from an onboard fresh tank where no spigot is available.

Do you have a two-sided unit, men on one side and women on the other?

Our 2-stall restroom trailers have two separate rooms with their own doors. For porta potties, rent two units and we add men and women signs.

Is there a urinal in the standard unit?

Yes. Standard units have both a toilet seat and a wall urinal.

Does it have a lock?

Every unit has an inside latch with an occupied/vacant sign. Jobsite units can get a padlock hasp for overnight locking.

Is the deluxe one larger than the standard?

Only slightly. The deluxe unit is about 46 × 48 inches versus about 44 × 47 for standard. The difference is the flush and the sink.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible units?

Yes. They have a ground-level floor, a wide door, grab bars and room for a 60-inch turning circle.

Can you send photos of the units?

Yes. We text photos of the exact unit type on request, and our unit pages show real photos of our equipment.

Do you rent restroom trailers?

Yes. 2-stall restroom trailers with flushing toilets, vanity sinks and lights. They need a garden hose and a 110V outlet.

Do you have pink porta potties?

Yes, a limited number of pink units are popular for showers and parties. Ask when you book.

Do you rent portable showers?

No. We can point you to a shower-trailer supplier while we handle the toilets.

Do you also do dumpsters?

No. We focus only on portable restrooms and handwashing stations, so our trucks and crews are dedicated to that.

Cleaning & servicing

Do you clean it, or are we in charge of that?

We clean it. Rentals longer than 7 days get a weekly pump, wash and restock included. Event units arrive clean and need no cleaning from you.

How many services are there in a month?

Four — one each week of the 28-day cycle. You can add extra visits for $65 each.

Is pumping and cleaning the same thing?

One visit does both: pump the tank, recharge it, wash and sanitize the inside, and restock supplies.

Can we get cleaning twice a week in summer?

Yes. Add a second weekly visit for big crews or July and August heat.

Can we call for service on demand?

Yes. Call or text and we add an extra visit, usually the same or next business day.

Our service is today but nobody can let you in. Can we reschedule?

Yes. Text dispatch and we move the visit to the next day.

Do you service porta potties we rented from another company?

No. We service only our own units, so we can stand behind how they are cleaned.

What if the unit is dirty when it arrives?

Call us. We swap it the same day at no charge.

Do you pump RV or trailer holding tanks?

No. We service portable restrooms only. For RV pump-outs, call a licensed septic hauler.

Events & parties

Do you rent for the day or for the weekend?

One event price covers 1 to 7 days, so weekend events get the whole Friday-to-Monday stretch.

Will it stay all weekend, or be picked up Saturday?

It stays through the weekend. We pick it up Monday.

Can it be for just a few hours?

Yes, but the price is the same as a full event rental, because the truck makes the same two trips.

How many do I need for 100 guests?

For up to 4 hours, 2 units. For 5–8 hours, 3 units. Add 1 if there is a bar.

Should we rent a handwashing station for a party?

Yes if food is served or kids are coming. Plan 1 station per 4 toilets, plus 1 by the food.

Can I book a porta potty every Friday and Saturday in October?

Yes. For weekly events, a 28-day rental with weekly service usually costs less than separate event rentals.

Do I need a permit for a block party porta potty?

Your block party needs a City of Milwaukee DPW block party permit at least 2 weeks ahead. The unit itself needs no extra permit if it sits on a driveway or inside the closed block.

Do you provide porta potties for festivals?

Yes. We plan festival layouts with standard rows, accessible units in each cluster, handwashing stations and daily service.

Can someone pay for my rental from out of town?

Yes. We text a secure payment link to whoever is paying.

Do I get a receipt I can share with family splitting the cost?

Yes. The paid invoice is emailed and texted, ready to screenshot.

Construction & jobsites

How long is a jobsite rental?

Jobsite rentals run in 28-day cycles with weekly service, starting on delivery day and renewing until you call for pickup.

Is it rated per day?

No. Jobsites bill per 28-day cycle. The final partial cycle is charged by the week.

If we do not need it the whole week, do we get a lower rate?

For jobs of 7 days or less, the event rate applies, which is lower than a 28-day cycle.

Will you charge another delivery fee for the pickup?

No. Delivery and pickup are one combined charge on the first invoice.

Do you have porta potties with a handwash station built in?

Yes, the deluxe unit has a sink inside. For crews, a separate 2-basin station serves more people.

Can you put a unit on a roof?

We rent crane-ready units with lifting points. Your crane crew lifts it; we never lift a unit with waste in it.

Do you rent towable units?

Yes. Standard units on small trailers for road, utility and landscape crews that move each day.

Do you need my crew size?

Yes. Crew size sets the OSHA minimum: 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40.

Can you invoice our company with a PO number?

Yes. Every invoice can show your PO and jobsite address, and approved accounts get net-30 terms.

Do you rent equipment like lifts?

No. We rent portable restrooms and handwashing stations only.

Home projects

Can I get a quote for a porta potty at a residential address?

Yes. Homes pay the same rates as jobsites. Call or send the form with your ZIP and dates.

I only need it for three days. Do I pay for a full month?

No. Up to 7 days is the event rate. The 28-day rate starts only for rentals longer than a week.

Can it go in my backyard?

Yes, if the path is at least 48 inches wide, firm and fairly level. Otherwise we place it on the driveway.

Our septic tank collapsed. What should we do?

Call by noon for a same-day unit on the driveway. Keep it off the septic area so the repair crew can work.

Our water is shut off for plumbing repairs for a few days. Is a porta potty worth it?

Yes. A standard unit on the event rate covers 1 to 7 days for the whole household.

Will my HOA allow it?

Most HOAs allow short-term units for parties and active projects. Check your HOA rules for rentals longer than a weekend.

Payment & policies

Is a deposit required?

No separate deposit. You pay the quoted rental to reserve the date.

Do I have to pay in full to reserve it?

Yes for event rentals. Monthly rentals pay the first 28-day cycle up front, then each new cycle on its start date.

When do I pay — today or closer to the event?

At booking. That locks the unit and the date, especially for summer weekends.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before delivery for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, a $50 trip charge applies. Same-day orders already dispatched cannot be refunded.

Can I postpone instead of cancel?

Yes. Moving your date is free when you tell us 24 hours or more before delivery.

Can I pay the driver cash?

Drivers do not carry cash. Pay by card on the call or by the secure link we send.

Can I pay by check?

Yes for approved business accounts. Homeowners and event renters pay by card.

Do you take American Express?

Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, with no card fee.

We are tax exempt. Can you remove the tax?

Yes. Send your Wisconsin sales tax exemption certificate and we remove tax from the invoice.

Who pays if the unit is damaged?

You are responsible for damage beyond normal use, like fire, tipping by vandals or graffiti. Normal wear is on us.

Do you send a confirmation email?

Yes. You get a confirmation by text and email with the date, window and our direct line.

Is my card information safe?

Card details go through an encrypted payment link or over the phone to our office staff, and we never store full card numbers.

Placement & access

How big is the delivery truck?

About 10 feet wide and 12 feet high. Tell us about low branches, tight turns or soft ground.

How much space do you need?

About 4 × 4 feet for a standard unit, 8 × 8 feet for an accessible unit, and an 8 × 20 foot level spot for a restroom trailer.

Does it need to be in the driveway or can it go behind the garage?

Behind the garage works if the path is 48 inches wide and firm. Otherwise, the driveway.

Does the gate have to be large?

A normal 48-inch gate is enough for a standard unit. Narrower gates mean driveway placement.

Are there rules about where it can go?

On private property, no permit is needed. On a street or terrace, most cities require a permit; Milwaukee bans open-street placement Dec. 1–Mar. 1.

Can it sit on a slope?

No. Units must sit level so they cannot tip. We set them on the nearest flat spot.

Can you put it on grass?

Yes, on firm, level grass. After heavy rain we may set it on the driveway so the truck does not rut the lawn.

Do we just tell the driver where we want it?

Yes, or text a photo with an X. If no one is home, the driver follows your note and sends a photo.

Can you anchor it on a windy site?

Yes. On open lots and lakefront sites we strap or stake units at no extra charge.

Will it smell near the house?

A serviced unit with the vent working has little odor. Place it 15 feet or more from patios and downwind when you can.

Pickup & extensions

When do you pick it up after the event?

Usually the Monday after a weekend event, or the day after a weekday event.

Do I have to be there for pickup?

No. Leave the path clear and the gate unlocked or the code with dispatch.

Do I call for pickup or will you just come?

Event rentals are picked up automatically on the scheduled day. Monthly rentals stay until you call or text.

Can I extend if I need more time?

Yes. Call or text before the pickup date. Past 7 days, the rental moves to the 28-day rate.

It was supposed to be picked up today and it is still here. What now?

Text dispatch. If a route ran late, we tell you the new time and pick it up by the next business day.

Should I move my car for the pickup?

Only if it blocks the path from the street to the unit.

Could you pick it up a day earlier?

Yes. Call or text, and we move the pickup if a truck is nearby. Early pickup does not change an event price.

Winter rentals

Do porta potties work in winter?

Yes. From mid-October to late April we add non-toxic antifreeze to every tank.

Do you charge extra for winterizing?

No. Winterizing is included at the same rate.

Do you have heated porta potties?

No single heated units. For a warm option, rent a climate-controlled restroom trailer (heated models on request) if the site has a 110V outlet.

Do I need to shovel around the unit?

Yes, please keep a 4-foot path clear so the driver can service it.
