Can a restroom trailer go at my venue?

A restroom trailer needs a level spot about 8 by 20 feet, room for a pickup truck to back the trailer in, a 110-volt outlet within about 50 feet and a garden hose spigot or our onboard tank. A restroom trailer is the wrong choice on sloped lawns, behind narrow gates or where no power is available — rent deluxe flushing units instead.

Sizing

How many restroom trailers does a wedding need?

One 2-stall restroom trailer serves about 150 guests for a 5-hour wedding with a bar. For 150–250 guests, add a second trailer or 2 deluxe flushing units beside the first trailer. Plan 1 wheelchair-accessible unit too, because trailer steps are not accessible.

Guests (5–6 hours, bar)Setup we recommend
Up to 1501 two-stall trailer + 1 accessible unit
150–2501 trailer + 2 deluxe flushing units + 1 accessible unit
250–4002 trailers + 1 accessible unit

Restroom trailer: questions from real calls

Can I get a quote for the luxury restroom trailer?

Yes. Call (414) 392-3756 or send the form with your date, venue ZIP and guest count. Trailer quotes include delivery, setup, supplies and pickup on one line each.

Is there a one-stall trailer that is less expensive than the two-stall?

We rent single-room luxury restroom cabins for small events. They cost less than a 2-stall trailer and still have a flush and sink.

Can I run power with an extension cord from inside?

Yes, if it is a heavy-duty outdoor cord (12-gauge) on a 20-amp circuit with nothing else on it. A light cord can trip the breaker mid-event.

What would make more sense for 200 guests — a few units or the luxury trailer?

For 200 guests over 5 hours with a bar, either 1 trailer plus 2 deluxe units, or 6 standard units (200 ÷ 40 = 5, plus 1 for the bar). The trailer setup feels nicer; the standard row costs less.

Do you book restroom trailers weeks in advance?

Yes, and you should. Summer Saturdays book 2–6 months ahead. Weekday events can often be booked with 1–2 weeks' notice.

Is the restroom trailer wheelchair accessible?

No. Trailers have steps. Pair the trailer with one wheelchair-accessible unit placed on level ground nearby.
