From the U.S. call study: 21% of the 155 calls in our U.S. call study needed a unit today or tomorrow, and 5 were true emergencies: a water main break at a 911 center, a bank with no water, a roofing crew whose usual supplier never showed, and a fire evacuation shelter. The callers who were angriest were the ones quoted a surprise "emergency fee" on hold. Ours is $0 inside Milwaukee County before noon.

What emergencies do same-day porta potties solve?
Same-day porta potties solve water main breaks, plumbing and septic failures, inspection failures for missing jobsite toilets, a competitor's missed delivery, and surprise crowds at events. A same-day porta potty is also the fix when a building's restrooms fail during business hours.
Water main or plumbing failure
Businesses and offices with no working restrooms. We bring units plus a handwashing station so staff can stay open.
Jobsite inspection
A missing jobsite toilet is an OSHA 1926.51 issue. We deliver the same day so work keeps moving.

Crew on site, no toilet. Call us before noon; we will be there today.
Same-day delivery: questions callers ask
Can I get a couple delivered today?
Yes. Call (414) 392-3756 by noon Monday–Saturday and 1–4 standard units go on today's route in Milwaukee County. Larger orders same-day depend on truck space — call and ask.
Is there an extra fee for same-day delivery?
Not when you call by noon and the address is within about 17 miles of our yard — all of Milwaukee County plus Brookfield, Elm Grove, New Berlin, Waukesha, Pewaukee, Menomonee Falls, Muskego and Mequon. Same-day after noon, or farther out, adds a $75 rush fee shown on the quote first.
What is the latest I can call to order for today?
Noon is the cutoff for guaranteed same-day scheduling. Calls up to about 3 p.m. can often still get a unit today inside the same-day zone with the rush fee.
Will you call before you arrive?
Yes. The driver texts or calls 20–30 minutes before arrival and sends a photo once the unit is placed.
Do you deliver on Sunday?
Sunday delivery is by arrangement for emergencies. Call and we will tell you straight whether a driver is available.
Our office lost water. Can we get handwashing too?
Yes. Handwashing stations go out on the same truck as the toilets.
